Playing to win

Fulcrum Construction is a nationwide commercial construction company delivering ground-up builds, open-store remodels, tenant improvements, and multi-site programs. We operate five offices in Atlanta, Los Angeles, San Antonio, Portland, and Philadelphia.

Our CEO Mike Arasin founded Fulcrum on a clear philosophy: do the work right, take ownership of outcomes, deliver successful projects, and have fun doing it. That mindset still defines how we operate.

At Fulcrum Construction, we play to win for our clients, partners, & team members. If this sounds like the kind of place you’d like to ply your trade, let’s talk.

What We Expect

We hire good people to do good work

Fulcrum Construction’s clients should never have to put up with contractor chaos like inconsistent work quality, excuses instead of solutions, and missed deadlines. That’s why we expect our employees and subcontractors to:

Show up like a pro

  1. Bring a genuinely positive attitude to demanding work.
  2. Work safely and treat it as non-negotiable on every jobsite.
  3. Back up teammates instead of letting them handle problems alone.

Build with integrity

  1. Deliver professional, detail-oriented work that reflects real craftsmanship.
  2. Adhere to schedules and protect budgets.
  3. Protect a project’s integrity by doing the work right the first time. No shortcuts.

Meet the moment

  1. Communicate honestly and directly about progress, challenges, and risks.
  2. Take ownership of mistakes and always bring solutions.
  3. Stay resourceful and adaptable when a project changes course.

This standard is what playing to win is all about.
