Mike Arasin founded Fulcrum Construction with the goal of creating a different kind of construction company, one built around accountability, teamwork, and long-term partnerships. The firm has grown from a startup venture into a nationwide commercial contractor. Fulcrum is recognized for delivering complex programs, fostering strong client relationships, and maintaining a culture that attracts and retains top talent.

Under Mike’s resourceful leadership, Fulcrum supports repeat programs for many leading retail and industrial brands. His construction bona fides include nearly 40 years in the industry that included executive roles with two other companies, backed by an MBA from Georgia State University and a BS in Building Construction from Auburn University.

An avid golfer, Mike values discipline, strategy, and respect for the game—principles that closely mirror how he approaches leadership and business. His long-term vision for Fulcrum is to preserve its unique culture while continuing to grow the company across the country.

As Fulcrum's CFO, Mark leads the shared services group providing Accounting, Finance, IT, HR, Risk Management, Compliance, and Closeouts for all the company's offices. He brings a breadth of accounting and finance knowledge from decades of experience, including tenure in highway construction, tech, nuclear engineering, and broadcast media.

That cross-industry background gives him a unique perspective, one Fulcrum benefits from as it grows and evolves. Mark joined Fulcrum at a pivotal point in his career, and he was immediately impressed with its leadership and culture. Now, he guides a team of experienced industry veterans with deep expertise.

In his department, the goals are consistency, efficiency, and accountability. Working from the Atlanta office, near where he grew up, Mark appreciates the region's friendly folks and its passion for good food and college football.

As Fulcrum Construction’s West Coast President, Aaron manages projects in the Los Angeles and Portland offices. He’s passionate about creating a workplace where clients and employees feel excited and valued. It's all about building trust, strong relationships, and an office that people are proud to be a part of.

Aaron's been in the construction game for over 25 years, working his way up the industry ladder through roles like land surveyor, project engineer, and superintendent. He holds a Construction Management degree from Arizona State University.

While commercial construction has many challenges, nothing tests Aaron like being a dad, a husband, and running a company—all at the same time. As a proud father of two, he knows how challenging it can be to juggle family life and work. What keeps him going is his love for his family, the West Coast's outdoor lifestyles, and the chance to build something that matters at Fulcrum, every day.

As Fulcrum Construction's East Coast President, Cal oversees projects from the company's flagship Atlanta office and its Philadelphia location. He began at Fulcrum in 2011 as an hourly employee on a three-month probationary period. When he graduated college, construction was in a slump, so he feels lucky to have found his way into Fulcrum and become part of its growth and success over his 15-plus years with the firm.

Cal values strong bonds with his team and clients, and he's focused on steadily growing the company with the right people and partnerships along for the ride. His approach is based on 'rightsizing complexity': not making anything more difficult than necessary, and instead giving everyone the structure and tools to be successful, and helping them along the way.

Born and raised just outside Atlanta, Cal and his family have deep roots in the Southeast—and he enjoys the opportunity it provides to golf year-round.

With over a decade at Fulcrum, Samuel has been instrumental in building the Texas office from the get-go. Starting as an Assistant Project Manager in 2006, he worked his way up, leading projects across the U.S. before focusing entirely on Texas.

Samuel’s priorities are fostering a culture of trust and collaboration, and expanding Fulcrum's presence in Dallas, Houston, and The Valley. He’s dedicated to finding innovative ways to meet clients' needs while creating lasting relationships and high-quality work that stands the test of time.

Samuel's connection to Texas grew naturally through visits with his wife's family, and it became home. He loves the Hill Country for its friendly communities and wide-open spaces. Off the jobsite, you'll find him spending time with his family and friends, trying out new BBQ spots, and playing golf. He enjoys local sports, especially the football, baseball, and lacrosse games that his son plays in.

Mike Maira started his commercial construction journey in 2001 and knows what it takes to get things done right. His EVP role at Fulcrum Construction provides the chance to grow the business while providing opportunities for his team to reach their full potential, which he enables by creating a supportive environment where everyone can thrive.

With a leadership style built on respect and Southern hospitality, Mike believes in treating people the way he'd like to be treated. He's dedicated to driving Fulcrum’s commitment to integrity, professionalism, customer service, and quality.

Originally from Florida, Mike’s love for the region, and experiencing all four seasons without the hassle of snow, makes Atlanta a natural fit for him and his family.

In 2012, Willy Rosner partnered with Aaron Eveland to open Fulcrum's Los Angeles office. But his passion for building started during his New Jersey childhood when he discovered that he really enjoyed constructing models and watching his neighbor build a house.

Southern California seemed far away, but when he moved here in 1996, he found that it was the perfect place to grow his career and raise his family. His focus as an EVP is on creating a supportive environment where employees and clients thrive, because this business is about the people and the relationships you build along the way.

Outside the office, Willy and his wife are enjoying being empty-nesters while watching their children forge their own paths. You'll find him soaking in California’s rich culture and entertainment scene, outdoor lifestyle, unbeatable tacos, and cheering at Dodgers games.

Tyler brings deep commercial construction knowledge to his position at the Atlanta office, having started in the field as a Superintendent and learned the ins & outs of the construction industry from the ground up. Now, he leverages 18+ years of building experience into leading large-scale projects and making sure clients get the best possible service.

Focused on growing Fulcrum's footprint across the Southeast, Tyler's hands-on approach and commitment to getting things done the right way make him an invaluable leader. Working out of our flagship office represents both growth and possibility for Tyler, and he's proud to be part of the home team energy here.

When he’s not in the office or on the jobsite, you’ll find Tyler enjoying the great outdoors, playing a round of golf, or hunting and fishing with his family.

Starting in construction in 2000, Eric Kneeland has taken on various roles, including Project Engineer, Superintendent, Project Manager, and Chief Estimator, which allows him to understand projects from multiple angles.

Eric is known for building strong client relationships and leveraging his vast technical expertise to guide them through the entire construction process. He tackles every project with transparency, fairness, and a wholehearted commitment to success for all parties.

Outside the office, Eric thrives on the energy and sense of adventure found throughout the Northwest. An avid snowboarder and backpacker, he’s spent countless hours exploring the region’s mountains and trails. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and exploring Portland’s food scene.

Jesse has been with Fulcrum Construction for over 12 years. He began his career working in the Los Angeles office in 2014, before returning to the Greater Philadelphia region in 2019 to help establish and grow that office.

Prior to joining Fulcrum, Jesse spent 12 years building homes throughout South Jersey, developing a hands-on understanding of construction from the ground up. Raised in the area, Jesse is known as a hard worker and straight shooter who values loyalty, problem-solving, and attention to detail. He’s focused on expanding Fulcrum’s footprint in and beyond Philly, up and down the I-95 corridor.

Outside the office, you might find him enjoying a cheesesteak or skiing in the Poconos with his family. Most likely, he’ll be at the South Philadelphia Sports Complex cheering on his favorite teams.

Julie’s original passion was real estate development, but after a detour into construction to gain experience, she never looked back.

Joining Fulcrum’s Los Angeles office in 2025, she leverages over 20 years of experience in commercial, retail, and industrial construction in managing and overseeing a broad portfolio of projects. Her focus is on growing client relationships and maintaining operational excellence to bring consistent project delivery, strong team performance, and long-term value to Fulcrum’s clients.

As a deeply rooted SoCal native whose entire family lives in the area, Julie is proud to contribute to building projects and shaping spaces where people live, work, and connect in the communities she knows so well. She’s inspired by the innovation, collaboration and grit of the region’s diverse communities—and that you can go to the mountains, the desert, and the beach all in the same day.

Outside of work, you’ll find Julie dancing at a K-pop concert, or with her family cheering on the Dodgers and the Ducks. Her favorite LA activity is taking a local weekend staycation with family, and embracing her foodie side at new and old favorite restaurants.
