    Cal began at Fulcrum in 2011 as an hourly hire. He worked his way up to President, and now oversees the Philadelphia & Atlanta offices. Cal values strong bonds with his team & clients, and enjoys golfing.

    Jesse Vogdes

    Vice President – Philadelphia

    Jesse leads with 24+ years of experience, including 12 years building in South Jersey. He’s focused on expanding Fulcrum’s footprint up & down the I-95 corridor. A hometown guy, he roots for all the Philly teams.

Jesse Vodges serves as Vice President – Philadelphia, drawing on more than 20 years of construction experience, including the last 12+ at Fulcrum) to oversee projects while expanding Fulcrum’s footprint in and beyond Philly.

Yes. Founded in 2003, Fulcrum Construction is a nationwide commercial general contractor with five regional offices nationwide.

Accounting, HR, and IT functions are centralized through the Atlanta home office, providing company-wide consistency and support that allows each regional office to remain focused on its local market and projects.

The five regional offices provide local expertise from coast to coast. Each office is an owner-operated general contractor with real local building experience.

The principals live in their regions & know the trade partners, market conditions, and business processes. Shared tribal knowledge between offices allows retailers and developers to rely on one contractor to run programs consistently across multiple markets.
