As Fulcrum Construction’s West Coast President, Aaron oversees projects in the Portland and Los Angeles offices. He grew up in Longview, WA and spent the early part of his career in the Portland market. He & VP Eric Kneeland are old friends, and opening Fulcrum’s office was a shared dream that’s come true.

He’s passionate about creating an office where the focus is on building trust & strong relationships, and where clients and employees feel valued. Starting out with a Construction Management degree from Arizona State University, Aaron has 25+ years of industry experience, working his way up through roles like land surveyor, project engineer, and superintendent.

While commercial construction has many challenges, nothing tests Aaron like being a dad, a husband, and running a company—all at the same time. Outside the office, he frequently spends time in the great outdoors fishing in Oregon or Alaska, hunting throughout the PNW, and skiing Mt. Bachelor.

Starting in construction in 2000, Eric Kneeland has taken on various roles, including Project Engineer, Superintendent, Project Manager, and Chief Estimator, which allows him to understand projects from multiple angles.

Eric is known for building strong client relationships and leveraging his vast technical expertise to guide them through the entire construction process. He tackles every project with transparency, fairness, and a wholehearted commitment to success for all parties.

Outside the office, Eric thrives on the energy and sense of adventure found throughout the Northwest. An avid snowboarder and backpacker, he’s spent countless hours exploring the region’s mountains and trails. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and exploring Portland’s food scene.
